Here are the conditions of "There is no god but Allah" and their evidence from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), with brevity:

1- Knowledge of its meaning, both in terms of negation and affirmation, a knowledge that contradicts ignorance of it:

Allah Almighty said: {So know, [O Muhammad], that there is no deity except Allah} [Muhammad: 19]‎, and He said: {Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and ‎those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no ‎deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.} [Ali 'Imran: 18]‎. In the authentic hadith, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever dies knowing that there is no god but Allah will enter paradise".

-2 Certainty that negates doubt:

      This is to be said by someone who is absolutely certain of the meaning of this statement. Allah Almighty said: {The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messenger ‎and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of ‎Allah. It is those who are the truthful.} [Al-Hujurat: 15]‎. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: " I bear testimony to the fact that there is no god but Allah, and I am His messenger. The bondsman who would meet Allah without entertaining any doubt about these (two fundamentals) would enter heaven". The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) also said to Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): "Take these sandals of mine, and whoever you meet outside this garden testifying that there is no true god but Allah, being assured of it in his heart, give him the glad tidings of Paradise".

3- Accepting What This Word Requires With The Heart and Tongue:

      Allah has narrated to us stories of those who were saved by accepting it, and of His vengeance on those who rejected and refused it. Allah Almighty said: {And We have already sent messengers before you to their peoples, and they came ‎to them with clear evidences; then We took retribution from those who ‎committed crimes, and incumbent upon Us was support of the believers.} [Ar-‎Rum: 47]‎.

Allah Almighty said: {Then We will save Our messengers and those who have believed. Thus, it is an ‎obligation upon Us that We save the believers.} [Yunus: 103]‎. And regarding those who denied this word, rejected it, and did not accept it, He said: {So We took retribution from them; then see how was the end of the deniers.} [Az-‎Zukhruf: 25]‎.

       The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “The guidance and knowledge with which Allah has sent me are like abundant rain which fell on a land. A fertile part of it absorbed the water and brought forth profuse herbage and pasture; and solid ground patches which retained the water by which Allah has benefited people, who drank from it, irrigated their crops and sowed their seeds; and another sandy plane which could neither retain the water nor produce herbage. Such is the similitude of the person who becomes well-versed in the religion of Allah and receives benefit from the Message entrusted to me by Allah, so he himself has learned and taught it to others; such is also the similitude of the person who has stubbornly and ignorantly rejected Allah's Guidance with which I have been sent’’.
