Allah Created His Creation at Different Times

Episode (21)
One of the aspects of the creation story is that Allah did not create all of creation at once or in a single instance. Instead, He created the creation at different times and stages, to manifest His power and to display the signs of His management and governance over His creation. Allah Almighty says: {Say, "Do you indeed disbelieve in He who created the earth in two days and attribute to Him equals? That is the Lord of the worlds." (9) And He placed on it [i.e., the earth] firmly set mountains over its surface, and He blessed it and determined therein its [creatures'] sustenance in four days without distinction - for [the information of] those who ask. (10) Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly." (11)} [Fussilat: 9-11].
Allah Almighty is capable of creating all of it in less time, even in the blink of an eye. However, His wisdom required that creation occur in this distinguished sequence and order. There is much wisdom in this, for those who reflect. Just as human creation passes through stages and phases—starting from the drop of fluid, then the clinging substance, then the lump, and then other stages in the womb—after birth, a child undergoes various stages of growth. This process reveals Allah's power in creation and management and demonstrates numerous wisdoms in human life, development, and the formation of experiences and knowledge, which could not be achieved otherwise.
